- Technical and organizational management of the workshop IH-Pharma H23 according to the company and workshop strategy
- Ensuring efficient, timely and economic order processing
- Leadership, development and deployment planning of employees including learners and external resources, as well as responsibility for compliance with all security requirements
- Budget responsibility and control and monitoring of associated cost centres
- Ensuring the operation, maintenance and continuous development of the workshop infrastructure
- Initiation and implementation of KVP and optimization projects including analysis of existing processes and introduction of new standards, technologies and working methods
- Documentation, evaluation and presentation of projects and active participation in cross-cutting decision-making processes
