Full description
As Welcome Host, you are the first point of contact for our customers and actively contribute to providing them with a warm, elegant and personalized welcome experience at our Crans-Montana shop. As such, you welcome and accompany our customers, both in store and over the phone, before directing them to a Sales Associate. You also participate in the smooth running of sales interviews by providing your support to the sales team. A true ambassador of the House, you ensure the irreproachable presentation of the shop, the presentation of the showcases and compliance with the standards of merchandising. You also track orders and manage inventory related to the store's operations. This 50 per cent item is mainly distributed over periods of higher influx, including weekends and periods of high tourist traffic.
With an SWC of retail manager or equivalent training, you have a first successful experience in hotel, catering, hospitality or sales. Experience gained in a high-end or luxury environment is a real advantage. You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English. Knowledge of another language is an additional asset. With an excellent presentation, you appreciate contact with a demanding clientele and place service at the heart of your priorities. Recognized for your sense of hospitality, team spirit and relationship qualities, you can easily build trust with your interlocutors and help provide an exceptional customer experience.
