As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our subsidiary in Switzerland.
Attached to the Brand-Marketing team, you are the guarantor of the operational implementation of VM guidelines at our sales outlets by ensuring a level of excellence in line with the House's standards.

- Ensure the installation of showcases & commercial animations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in all points of sale
- Perform regular in-store visits and accompany teams on VM best practices
- Manage VM equipment (PLV, props, displays): stocks, orders, installations
- Collaborate with Retail teams to optimize the commercial attractiveness of sales spaces
- In addition to its main responsibilities, you will coordinate, in partnership with the Head Quarter of the group, all activities related to the opening of our new point of sale in Geneva.
- Training in visual merchandising, design or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience on a similar role, ideally in the luxury / premium retail world
