As Head of Digitalization, you are responsible for the digital development of our computer science and control the implementation of the strategic and professional requirements from the business. In doing so, you will shape the central connection between business, digitalization and IT operations. Your field of activity

• You take on strategy-focused business requirements and ideas, structure and evaluate them and operate an active demand management. Together with the business, you will develop optimized processes and future-proof technological solutions.
• You build and develop a digitalization team with the intended roles of project management, business analysis and solution design/development.
• Together with your team, you lead digitalization projects and ensure their effective implementation.
• You build up the digitalization project portfolio, control and manage it and develop prioritization proposals for the benefit of the management.
• You will be responsible for the user-oriented further development of our specialist applications and platforms, e.g. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and develop corresponding digitalization roadmaps together with business and IT operations.
• You ensure the business proximity and the measurable benefits of our digitalization investments.
• You are actively involved in the management team of the IT department. Together, you will further develop the future IT organization with the target image 2029+, define the necessary future-oriented roles and maintain close contact with the management and the company divisions.

Your profile

• You have a higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of management and project experience in a comparable function at the interface of business and IT.
• You are familiar with Demand Management, Business Analysis, Process Management, Project Portfolio Control and Solution Design.
• You have experience with modern digital platforms and AI models, recognize relevant technology trends and can classify their benefits for the company.
• You combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with high implementation strength and a pronounced focus on benefits.
• You communicate appropriately to the addressee, create orientation and win different stakeholder groups for change.
• You think ahead, question the existing constructively and consistently develop people, structures and solutions.
