Your future playground You will join the Martigny store, opened in 2023 , made up of a team of 15 collaborators. Located in a shopping centre, the shop is about ten minutes from the biggest ski and bike park in Valais! Your perimeter Cycle / Workshop / Rental is at the heart of our local strategy. The team is composed of 4 enthusiasts and realizes a total CA of 2,000,000 CHF. Since then, we have opened around ten stores a year to reach 50 outlets today. And we're not going to stop there! You do not just perform repairs: you need to anticipate periods of high activity, manage and guarantee the accuracy of your spare parts stock, and follow your performance indicators (growth, repair rates, customer satisfaction).

Whether it is to provide a precise diagnosis, offer the right choice of services (second life, maintenance) or simply reassure an athlete on his or her equipment, you are in the field. Your technical expertise is only valid if it is shared with the smile.

• You only want to fix bikes (at home, a workshop touches everything: skis, fitness, flocking/personalization, etc.). Even though bicycles concern the vast majority of our repairs)
• You're only interested in pure technique and CUSTOMER contact bothers you.
• You like top-down structures and you wait for us to make decisions for you.
• You're not ready to work on Saturdays (because that's when our customers need us the most) What does a technician do? Your mission is twofold: to ensure the irreproachable quality of your technical services while guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience. On a daily basis, your responsibilities are divided into two main areas: 1. Diagnosis and customer relationship:
• Welcoming the client, listening to their need and providing reliable and accurate diagnosis
• Apply workshop management standards and follow diagnostic procedures
• Sell our products and services (physically and digitally) and systematically offer the right choice of circular economy services
• Offer a quote and time frame adapted to the needs of the athlete
• Manage the collection and delivery of equipment with maintenance advice
• Your success indicators (KPIs): % correct diagnosis, % share of local PECs (-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Technical and operational services:
• Perform repair, maintenance and rehabilitation services according to Decathlon safety standards.
• Ensure product customization (flocing, engraving...).
• Guarantee the accuracy of your spare parts stock and order what is missing.
• Ensure a safe, clean and secure working environment.
• Your Success Indicators (KPIs): Repair Rate, Local Processing Time, Stock Reliability, Workshop Efficiency, GMV Customization Growth and Rewards, NPS Customization.
