• Leadership of the Vehicle Technology team in the area of rolling stock & traction of 11 employees (including learners)
• Ensure the quality and corrective action of thermal and electric trainsets, trailers and multiple units
• Support and cooperation in the Vehicle Technology team
• Promotion of cooperation in the team and further development of employees

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the electrical industry with appropriate training (TS) and management experience
• Knowledge of the railway industry or Vehicle maintenance is advantageous
• High level of expertise in the fields of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical
• Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Team player with commitment, persuasion and motivational ability
• Implementation strength through exemplary and assertiveness
• Flexible personality
