Main responsibilities

- You lead your team professionally and personally
- you care for individual care and support after-the-Go principles
- together with your team you design care and support plans that see people in their entirety you plan and coordinate everyday life
- you conduct conversations with relatives, doctors, doctors and authorities
- you organize services and lead team meetings in which exchange and development are promoted
- you actively participate in the team management committee and in higher-level processes and thus carry your part to the further development of the Living area
- Around a third of your time you are active in contact with the residents – because you know that closeness to the practice and real encounter are the basis for quality and team culture Requirements
- You will be able to provide a training as a social pedagogue*in HF/FH or nursing specialist HF/FH - have several years of experience in the supervision of people with disabilities or in long-term care
