- Together with your team leader, you will form a strong leadership duo and lead a team of around 20 to 25 employees both professionally and in terms of personnel.
- You ensure efficient processes, act economically and are jointly responsible for achieving the quality and productivity goals of the sorting area.
- As a strong leadership duo, they work hand in hand, promote team development and maintain communication.
