- Assistance with renovations and new buildings within your own area
- Independent processing or support of projects in the field of home engineering
- Support in the maintenance of the ERP system (SAP)
- Deputy Head of House Technology Requirements:
- Completed training as a sanitary, heating, refrigeration, mechanic or electrician
- In-depth experience in refrigeration, heating, compressed air and ventilation systems and in operational maintenance Demonstrable leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
- Readiness to work during the following hours: 5.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday
