Tasks

• For you as Stv. Managing Director, the best possible shopping experience means: optimal management in terms of willingness to sell, presentation of goods and sales promotion.
• Employees lead, but also promote: This is modern management for you.
• The fact that business principles are adhered to in your department is a matter of course for you.
• Also clear for you: compliance with the quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations and expiration dates.
• If management is absent, you take over the management of the sales outlet.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in the retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the sales sector? Both suit us.
• Management tasks in a comparable function: You have experience with this.
• You give everything – for the company and the customers.
• You master German perfectly: in word and writing.
• You are friendly, team-oriented and perform well-groomed.

The training takes place at several points of sale within the following area: Region Interlaken, Meiringen and Jungfrau region.
