Role overview
Under the direct responsibility of the Regional Manager, you are responsible for your store and your goal is:
- To lead and train your team towards success. - To guarantee, with your team, optimal customer service. - To achieve the objectives of turnover, steering the wage bill and inventory rates and distinguishing. - To guarantee the implementation of the omni Channel in your store - You're responsible for enforcing security measures in the store. - You ensure the optimal management of the goods and ensure that your store is visual and conforms to internal instructions. - With your help, your team earns new customers and you will sustain relationships with existing customers. - You act like a motor and you know how to motivate your team.
- You have basic business training in the retail trade. - You already have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the youth fashion sector. - You like to work by being focused on results and measure your success against the objectives and key figures. - Organization, planning and communication are among your strengths. - You have very good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage. - You're up to fashion, creative and 100% oriented to sales and customers. - In a rapidly changing environment, you always stay calm and flexible
