• Your mission:\\ Attached to the Quality Assurance Manager, you play a key role in maintaining, monitoring and improving our Quality Management System within our pharmaceutical site. A true reference to system quality, you ensure the continuous improvement of quality processes, in order to ensure their compliance with the regulatory requirements in force, while actively contributing to the performance of the quality system. As such, you manage several key processes, including Non\\-Conformities (NC), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Controls (CC), Risk Management and Internal Audits. You ensure their effectiveness, timeliness and relevance of the associated performance indicators. Thanks to your quality expertise and your mastery of electronic tools for document management and quality, you are actively involved in modelling and optimizing workflows in the eQMS Ennov electronic system to support users and improve process efficiency. You track quality indicators (KPIs), analyze process performance, prepare quality reviews and maintain associated documentation. You also participate in quality activities related to reviewing batch files in the release process. Finally, you have a back\\-up role on several strategic quality processes, including document management, training management and vendor management. \\
• Your profile:\\ \\Training and experience\\ \Advanced scientific training (Licence, Master, Engineer, Pharmacist or equivalent). Insurance Experience Preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological or medical device environment. \ Significant experience in managing quality systems. \Knowledge of GMP/GPF and/or ISO 13485 / ISO 9001\\\. \\Technical Skills\\\ System Knowledge: No\\-Conformities (NC -- Deviations) \\- CAPA \\- Change Control (CC) \\- Quality Risk Management \\- Internal Audits \Recommended experience in the administration and use of eQMS. \ Demonstrate interest in modeling and optimizing quality workflows in an electronic environment. Experience in setting up and monitoring quality indicators (KPIs). \Mastery of office automation tools and ability to analyze data. \\Personal Skills\\\ Relationship and ability to collaborate with a variety of people. \Autonomy and sense of responsibility. \ Initiative and strength of proposal.
