Main responsibilities

  • You work in a small, specialized team across the various segments of the Migros industry.
  • You take the lead in the development and implementation of the ICS framework according to group specifications, including the ICS roadmap, strategy and scope, and are responsible for the corresponding governance documents (guidelines, risk control matrix).
  • You have the lead on the IKS framework as well as its monitoring and further development - in accordance with the group guidelines.
  • You independently lead ICS workshops, support decision-makers as a sparring partner in identifying, evaluating, controlling and monitoring risks and advise on regulatory and internal requirements in the specialist departments.
  • You carry out regular risk control cycle updates, monitor risk assessments, strategies and mitigation measures and ensure through targeted training that all employees are appropriately trained.
  • You are responsible for reporting on risks and the effectiveness of the internal control system.
  • You are responsible for data processing.

Key requirements

  • at least 3 years of professional experience: industrial environment, risk management, especially in dealing with operational risks and internal control systems
  • Completed studies (university/ETH, FH, HF): economics, finance, risk management or a comparable field - experience in leading projects and workshops as well as introducing and maintaining risk management tools.
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g.
  • COSO).
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented work and experience in working with various stakeholders.
