- Ensure the W experience in accordance with brand standards and with the LQA and FORBES standards.
- Develop marketing strategy, build member loyalty, enrich the programming, maintain customer relationships.
- Create and develop treatment concepts, partnerships, and innovative offers.
- Analyze sales and financial reports monthly; propose recommendations based on market, seasonality, competition, and trends.
- Build an effective Talent structure to maintain productivity and efficiency ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop the annual plan, coordinate promotional offers.
- Ensure internal and external visibility.
- Ensure strict compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety regulations as well as group standards.
