- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable process improvements
- Plan, execute, and supervise laboratory and process development studies to support production and technology transfer activities
- Analyze and interpret experimental and manufacturing data, prepare technical reports, and present results to internal stakeholders
- Ensure effective process knowledge transfer between customers, development teams, and manufacturing during product implementation projects
- Provide scientific and technical expertise to cross-functional teams, business decisions, and external collaboration projects
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends while applying expertise in areas such as polymorphism, solid-state characterization, and chiral resolution What we are looking for
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, ideally with a focus on crystallization, filtration, drying, or solid form technologies
- Experience in Research & Development, Process Development, MSAT, or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or chemical industry
