For the EMS Les Vergers and the Abri Côtier day center in the Valais region, we are immediately looking for or to agree upon an ASE · Socio-educational assistant · ve 100% • Your tasks Design, organize and lead varied socio-cultural activities, adapted to the needs and resources of residents Promote the maintenance of physical, cognitive and social capacities through individual and group activities Plan and support outings, events and festive activities Contribute to creating a warm living environment (decoration, atmosphere, seasonal rituals) Collaborate closely with the care team and other services in an interdisciplinary approach Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual entertainment program Encourage the active participation of residents and support social ties Your ASE CFC profile or training in socio-cultural animation (or title deemed equivalent) FEE company trainer certificate or motivation to follow the training Experience in the geriatric or medico-social field, an asset Creativity, sense of initiative and good organizational skills Excellent relational skills and ease in contact with the elderly Good command of oral and written French Why Tertianum?
Key requirements
- Diploma in Social and Cultural Animation or equivalent training
- FEE Enterprise Trainer Certificate or motivation to follow the training
- Experience in the geriatric or medical-social sector, an asset
- Creativity, initiative and good organizational skills
- Excellent relational skills and ease in contact with the elderly
- Good mastery of French, both spoken and written
