We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Site Manager to lead our industrial operations in Sierre.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, people development, and operational excellence in a demanding and highly regulated environment. Your role:
As Site Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved while driving continuous improvement and long-term competitiveness, in line with the Novelis Operating System (NOS) to achieve World Class Manufacturing standards.
You act as a true business leader, combining operational rigor, financial accountability, and strong people leadership. Your responsibilities : Overall site performance
Lead production, engineering, and operational excellence functions
Deliver on KPIs (safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery) Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with Swiss labor law, EHS standards, and company policies
