- Completed study (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in computer science, business informatics or comparable practical experience with further education in ServiceNow platform, including certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS)
Main responsibilities
- You implement professional and technical requirements independently in ServiceNow and take into account the architectural specifications
- You develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions with the use of OOTB functionalities, UI policies, client scripts and integrations

Application process
- You develop and maintain extensions of existing applications as well as new components (tables, data models, logic) and work closely with Technical Solution Consultants, Product Owners and Development Teams
- You ensure quality, maintainability and performance of the developed solutions (best practices, reviews, tests) and you support with releases, error analyses and 2nd-/3rd-Level Support
- You have a very good knowledge in JavaScript / Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, as well as flow designers, UI Policies, UI Action For a complete application, we need your CV, certificates and diplomas. A photo in the CV and a letter of motivation are not necessary.
