- Responsibility for the security standards in all Marché locations in Switzerland as well as carrying out security audits, point of sale checks and controls in accordance with the internal control system (IKS) including follow-up of the defined measures
- Promoting a sustainable safety culture by advising, raising awareness and training staff, as well as analysing accidents and safety incidents with the derivation of appropriate prevention measures
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the security standards in all Marché locations in Switzerland as well as carrying out security audits, point of sale checks and controls in accordance with the internal control system (IKS) including follow-up of the defined measures
- Promoting a sustainable safety culture by advising, raising awareness and training staff, as well as analysing accidents and safety incidents with the derivation of appropriate prevention measures
- Professional support of new, conversion and expansion projects in all security-relevant issues
- Planning, organisation and implementation of safety and prevention training for employees and managers
- Implementation of investigations and investigations in the event of suspected acts of tort and preparation of reports and recommendations for action Requirements
- In-depth professional experience in the security and safety environment as well as completed vocational training and further training in the areas of safety, occupational safety (ASGS) or fire protection
- Strong security awareness combined with an analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to identify risks early on and develop pragmatic solutions
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as a sovereign appearance with high communication and consulting competence at all hierarchical levels
- Digital affinity and safe handling of MS Office;
- In-depth knowledge in managing projects is welcome
