- Being accountable for driving and implementing the Critical Power business line commercial strategy (sales, tendering, project execution, and services) across the DACH region.
- Evaluating market opportunities and deploying targeted actions aligned with Business Line strategic objectives and growth priorities.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (channels, end‑users, consultants, and suppliers) to ensure commercial success and high customer satisfaction.

Company and context
- Ensuring pre‑sales, tendering, system engineering, and product marketing organizations are properly staffed, capable, and aligned with Business Line requirements across the region.
- Overseeing project delivery, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and on quality in accordance with ABB project management frameworks.
- Leading and growing the after‑sales and service business, ensuring alignment with Business Line objectives and consistent service excellence.
- Working closely with Project Management, Services, Operations, and other Business Line functions to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring Critical Power country leaders and collaborating closely with other ABB business lines and divisions. Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering;
- MBA strongly preferred, bringing a strong blend of commercial and technical leadership.
- 15+ years of experience in the UPS and/or Data Center industry, with deep exposure to mission‑critical segments (Data Centers, Semiconductor, Infrastructure, Utilities) and proven revenue‑growth responsibility.
- Established executive‑level network across data center customers, semiconductor ecosystems, and IT channels, enabling direct access to decisionmakers and accelerated market expansion.
- Proven track record in leading large, high‑performance regional organizations, driving profitable growth, margin improvement, and market share gains.
