You manage the production of your post and the distribution of quality meals of a public institution with the participation of people in training You work at different sites in the region according to established planning, under the direction of the kitchen workshop manager of the site on which you are assigned You participate in the supervision, evaluation and follow-up of people in the field placed in evaluation and training program You are aware of the standards "Green range" and "Cooking our region" You plan the work of your group You participate in the professional integration of people in your group
