- Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion de situations complexes ou sensibles et faites preuve d'un excellent jugement ainsi que d'une grande discrétion.
- Doté-e d'une forte intelligence relationnelle, vous adaptez votre approche à des interlocuteurs variés et évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement exigeant.
- Vous combinez vision stratégique et sens opérationnel et êtes capable de conduire plusieurs projets en parallèle.
- Votre maîtrise du français se complète par de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes RH (Abacus notamment) et les technologies en lien avec l’intelligence artificielle.
