For the Les Vergers EMS in the Valais region, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a HES qualified nurse - Care unit manager (IRUS) at 80% or 100% • Your tasks Supervise, support and develop the skills of the care team Taking charge of daily responsibility Contribute to daily operational management (planning, resource management, continuity of care) Overall care of residents in the spirit of our care model and the care process Actively participate in quality projects and the continuous improvement of practices Organize and lead conferences, transmissions and case discussions Responsibility and control of the care process and BESA Collaborate with external stakeholders (doctor, physio, etc.) Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach Planning and support of medical visits • Your profile Completed HES nursing training or equivalent training recognized by the CRS Professional experience in long-term care is an asset Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills BESA knowledge desired Organized, calm, rigorous, committed and motivated Enjoy taking on varied challenges Native French speaker or fluently practicing it Why Tertianum?
