- Your responsibilities Professional and commercial management of projects from the quotation phase to handover to the client Construction site management (material procurement as well as deadline and quality monitoring) Management of employees including employee appraisals and assistance with recruitment Scheduling of assembly groups Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction specialists Controlling of own properties Implementing, monitoring and regularly informing about occupational health and safety targets
- In addition to a completed training as a ventilation system builder and several years of professional experience, you have sound knowledge of the industry.
- Ideally, you will have completed further training to become a project manager for building technology or a building technology planner.
Main responsibilities

Key requirements

- As a person of integrity with a precise way of working and a winning manner, you will impress both internal and external partners.
- Fluency in German and good MS Office skills round off your profile.
