Role overview
Tasks - On-site construction management: organization and coordination of new openings, conversions and renovations of branches throughout Switzerland.
- Project management Construction: Control of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordination & communication: Interface with authorities, architects, planners, craftsmen and suppliers
- Cost, appointment & quality control: Ensure project objectives and budget compliance
- Project supervision: Support for all phases (concept, planning and execution)
- Requirements
- Training: You have basic technical training and further training as technician, construction manager or construction manager
- Professional experience: Bringing years of experience as construction manager or project manager You already have
- Mobility: You have the guide card category B.
- IT skills: Safe handling of common IT tools such as Office 365; experience with MS Project is of benefit - working method: You work independently, structured, resilient and service-oriented - Language competence: Stylish German
