- Drive timely completion of process documentation, including deviations, change requests, campaign reports, and technical summaries. What we are looking for:
- PhD or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Expert in Upstream Processing (USP) or in a comparable biopharmaceutical manufacturing role.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong technical expertise in upstream manufacturing processes, including fermentation, clarification, homogenization and filtration operations.
