• You take over administrative activities (e.g. appointment coordination, processing of customer inquiries) in the subject-matter processing in various areas
• In the customer order processing and planning as well as the coordination of transports you work with
• You handle complaints, returns and credits
• You create and analyze specific evaluations and key figures
• Regular exchange with suppliers, production, purchasing and other interfaces are part of your training
• Qualifications
• You visit the OS or have a school degree at level I
• You enjoy organizing and written language skills
• A team-capable, sociable and reliable personality with a quick apprehension and a customer-oriented thinking characterizes you
• Very good expressiveness in German and good English skills you bring with you
