Main responsibilities
- Garantire il funzionamento senza intoppi delle nostre attrezzature di produzione e operativa nel mattatoio
- Analisi e risoluzione dei guasti per minimizzare i tempi di fermo e di inattività
- Manutenzione, manutenzione e ottimizzazione continua del parco macchinari e impianti
- Manutenzione e attuazione del programma di manutenzione, inclusa la documentazione pulita delle macchine e degli impianti
- Partecipazione attiva ai progetti per l'acquisizione di nuovi impianti e macchinari, nonché per le installazioni, le modifiche e altri progetti tecnici
- Gestione dei pezzi di ricambio, inclusa la pianificazione delle esigenze e il riordino
- Coordinamento e collaborazione con gli uffici esterni e i fornitori di servizi
Key requirements
