One or one lawyer (30%) at the Labour Protection and Labour Relations Service in Sion Your tasks:
You take part in the legal permanence in the field of labour law You draw up decisions in the fields of the Law on posted workers, the Federal Law on Black Labour and the Law on Labour on the basis of the reports drawn up by the Cantonal Inspectorate of Employment and Social Assistance and by the Labour Inspectorate You provide legal support to the other sections and service in all legal affairs
