Role overview
The Psychiatric Services SRO provides regional, community-based and patient-oriented psychiatric care for 80,000 residents.
We have modern, integrated care structures such as emergency triage, station-equivalent mobile acute care, integrative psychiatric care, social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatients at 4 locations with special offers, as well as rehabilitation day clinic, acute day clinic, old-age psychiatry with ambulatory and day clinic and an inpatient offer with 34 beds in the Langenthal hospital.
We have the SIWF recognition as a training institution of category A for 3 years, both outpatient and inpatient.

- Performing psychotherapies (individual and group setting) Advice for patients and relatives
- Development of individual therapy concepts and participation in the conceptual further development of the age psychological offer
- Clinical supervision and coaching of psychologists in specialist training
- Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions Requirements
- Completed psychology degree and completed psychotherapy training (FSP-approved or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in psychotherapy and interest in a specialization in age psychotherapy
- High level of teamwork, social skills and personal responsibility Readiness for cross-cutting cooperation
