Dipl. Nurse HF as case coordinator (70-100%)
Tasks
- coordinate and organize the provision of services internally and externally from reception to exit
- Responsibility for the entire care process (care diagnostics according to NANDA) as well as electronic care documentation
- delegate tasks in accordance with the situation and competence, coaching of the nursing staff in professional matters (daily responsibility)
- participate in the training of future nurses (HF/FaGe)
