The Valais Hospital is looking for the Valais Romand Hospital Centre Nurse Head of Care Unit (ICUS) 90% for Geriatric Service 2 in Martigny Mission: Your missions: combining leadership and excellence in care in line with the CHVR Hospital Model As ICUS, you have a key function at the heart of the care system.

A true engine, you actively contribute to the quality of services and team development through the following missions:

• Ensure optimal and personalized patient care, in collaboration with a committed interdisciplinary team.

• Pilot, organize and develop unity, promoting efficiency, fluidity and quality of care pathways.

• Inspire, mentor and develop staff skills, while accompanying students and trainees in their training journey.

• Participate in innovative projects and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

• Strengthen collaboration with other ICUS to ensure site coordination.

• Provide, as required, the picket service of the site.
