Mussel Technician – Quality, Control and Assembly

We're looking for our Conthey site,

Do you like precision work, technical environments and challenges where every detail counts? Are you comfortable with assembly and control work? Do you like to understand how things work, identify possible gaps and find concrete solutions? Then your know-how could perfectly find its place in our industrial environment.

Your mission: precision, control and quality

Your role is to ensure the control, finishing and assembly of moulds, while ensuring that quality requirements and defined standards are met.

Your main responsibilities

• Control and measure parts and moulds using the three-dimensional measuring machine (MMT).
• Verify compliance according to company standards, standards and quality criteria.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures.
• Identify, analyse and contribute to resolving quality gaps and problems.
• Perform the tests and assessments necessary for the proper functioning of the moulds.
• To assemble, assemble, adjust and finish moulds and their components.
• Participate in manufacturing planning, scheduling and continuous improvement.

Your profile: rigor, autonomy and team spirit

To succeed in this function, you are a person

• Polymechanical CFC or equivalent
• Rigourous and methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experienced in precision control and measurement, ideally on MMT (Zeiss an asset).
• With an analytical mind, able to understand and solve complex technical problems.
• Dynamic and proactive, comfortable in collaboration with different interlocutors (English an asset).
• Able to work independently while appreciating team work
