- Production of sterile products (liquid and lyophilized vials) under GMP-compliant and aseptic conditions, including independent aseptic abrasion

- Construction, dismantling and qualification of filling and production equipment, including mechanical activities under clean room conditions
- Ensuring technical monitoring of production equipment, process monitoring, support during troubleshooting and function as a specialist for complex topics on the filling line
- Execution of mechanical tasks such as installation and de-installation of mobile equipment, loading and unloading of freeze dryers and carrying out filter integrity tests
- GMP-compliant documentation in MES, logbooks and forms, including reporting of deviations and cooperation in root-cause analyses
- Support for preventive maintenance, unplanned repairs and participation in continuous improvement initiatives
- Implementation of microbiological environmental monitoring, in-process controls and support for the training of new team members Your requirement profile:
- Completed mechanical or technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, building technology, polymechanics) or equivalent qualification with a strong technical understanding
- Experience in sterile production as well as sound process understanding, e.g. in batch production, filling or visual inspection
