- Travailler en respectant toutes les règles de sécurité.
- Poste polyvalent combinant des activités d'exploitation des installations de rectifiage, filtration et distillation ainsi que des activités de maintenance mécanique, avec une répartition équilibrée entre les deux domaines.
- Intégré dans le département « rectifiage & filtrage , vous participez seul ou en équipe à l’amélioration et au maintien de nos outils de production. Activités d’exploitation :
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations de rectifiage, filtration et distillation afin de garantir la qualité, la disponibilité et la performance des équipements.
- Préparer les cylindres d'appui et de travail conformément aux standards de production.
- Participer aux activités quotidiennes d'exploitation et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de production, de qualité et de sécurité.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des installations et des méthodes de travail (5S, NOS, Operator Care). Activités de maintenance mécanique :
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements du secteur.
- Participer à la révision, à la mise en service et à l'amélioration continue des différentes parties de nos machines.
- Coordonner les interventions de maintenance et veiller à la fiabilité ainsi qu'à la disponibilité des équipements.
