- You are working on simulation and realization of optical thin film systems for innovative applications of our customers in precision optics and semiconductor technology
- You use mathematical models and simulation tools with various optimization algorithms for the calculation of optical filters and perform tolerance and manufacturing analyses for different coating processes
- You are responsible for the continuous optimization of simulation calculations based on computer simulations and real measurements from coating experiments
- You are working on improving optical measurement systems for in-situ Breitband reflection/transmission measurement for layer thickness control and endpoint Det-Shot Requirements:
- You have a bachelor's degree in physics, material science, electrical engineering or a related field
- You bring great interest and ideally interdisciplinary experience from optics, material science, vacuum technology, measurement technology and network technology with
- You ideally have basic knowledge of coating processes or the characterization of layers
- You ideally have basic programming knowledge (Excel macros, C#, Python)
