- Development and implementation of measures to achieve business objectives

- Planning and implementation of all actions, events and promotional measures
- Responsibility for cost and budget control and ordering
- Leadership, development and promotion of the team
- Completion of administrative tasks such as Accounting, monthly accounts and inventories
- Ensure, implement and control hygiene and safety directives Requirements
- Completed training or study in gastronomy, hotel, business administration or a similar specialisation
