Mission
Within the framework of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the activity "Industrialization Quality Assurance" by strengthening the preventive quality in the industrialization phase of the new components, in order to ensure the achievement of production objectives.

- Within the framework of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the activity "Industrialization Quality Assurance" by strengthening the preventive quality in the industrialization phase of the new components, in order to ensure the achievement of production objectives.
- Lead, federate, develop and motivate a team of Quality Improvement Charges, while managing live industrialisation files.
- Divide the operational burden within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions and arbitrate priorities.
Main responsibilities

- Divide the operational burden within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions and arbitrate priorities.
- Defining and/or optimizing monitoring plans in relation to the risks and capabilities of processes in order to ensure serial life quality.
- Pilot cross-cutting actions in collaboration with support services to advance manufacturing processes and improve their capabilities.
- Be a guarantor of the standard control ranges in production.
- Contribute to the definition of standards and good practices. Profile sought
- Microtechnic engineer or equivalent.
- Experience confirmed in imperative management.
- Prior experience in the watchmaking sector or in manufacturing watchmaking components an asset.
- Good knowledge of the process of manufacturing movement components.
