Located in the heart of the mountains, and in a very active commercial area, a challenging playground awaits you! Your Fitness/Running/Shoesports perimeter is at the heart of our local strategy. The team is composed of 6 enthusiasts. Your mission? Make your sport the absolute reference for all local practitioners. Since then, we have opened about ten stores a year to reach 50 outlets today. And we're not going to stop there! • Commercial Pilotage (ton P&L): You are the owner/manager of your business. You write and drive your trade policy, choose your ranges, analyze your economic performance and manage your stocks (including receiving goods).
• Permanent Store (Captain): By rolling with other leaders, you take overall responsibility for the store (opening, closing, security). You are the guarantor of the smoothness of the "match" throughout the day. #2: Your MANAGER cap:
• Coaching and management: You're here to advance your team every day. You conduct monthly individual interviews with each of your teammates to support them in their development.
• Recruitment: You are the one who is looking for and choosing your future game partners to build a diverse team of enthusiasts.
• Training: You continue to learn every day (leadership, finance, product technology, etc.) and you will pass on your knowledge to your team. #3: Your COMMERCANT cap:
• Customer trade: Customer satisfaction must be the priority! As an exemplary manager, you put your hand in the dough: you advise your clients, you manage the reception, you receive goods and you guarantee a radius always at the top.

• Plus: you have a knowledge of the local market in these sports, and can already activate your network! Internal mobility conditions: This position is primarily open to internal mobility for 2 weeks. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
• Past: Be on your current position for at least 12 months (unless your Leader or HRBP validated derogation)
• Performance: You must be in your current role
• Administrative validation: Your current Leader must validate and support your mobility project
• Languages (rated via the VOICE test): The B1 level in English is mandatory for Team Leaders. You must also master the local language of the region with a minimum B2 level. What we offer:
• Salary and bonuses: we value your commitment with a fixed amount between CHF5350 and CHF6500 gross (over 13 months). Adds a monthly bonus (up to 10% of your gross salary) linked to the success of your store and an annual profit share to reward the collective effort (it is not guaranteed, but we give ourselves all year round to get it).
