For the Banque Raiffeisen du Haut-Léman, a bank very well established in Chablais and with agencies in the communes of Collombey-Muraz, Vionnaz, Vouvry and Port-Valais, we are looking for a private Credit Office Manager and companies at 80-100%.

Aufgaben

• Lead, support and develop a team of 5 Credit Office and Credit Administration specialists
• Fostering constructive collaboration between the Front Office and the Credit Office in a manner of quality, efficiency and risk management
• Analyze, monitor and validate credit records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Take credit decisions within delegated powers
• Validate and/or make real estate estimates
• Advise and support Front Office teams in setting up and monitoring funding
• Periodic monitoring of client commitments undertaken and analysis of financial statements
• Ensure proper implementation of internal regulations and directives
• Participate in continuous improvement of funding and risk management processes
• Depending on the outlook for change, gradually assume the replacement of the head of the service sector

Anforderungen

• Banking training completed
• Experience confirmed in financing private customers and companies
• Higher education (HEG, HES, University or legal field) is an asset
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite a team
• Collaborative spirit, pragmatism and orientation solutions
