Main responsibilities

- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Laborteam, Wissenschaftlerinnen und Projektleiterinnen.
- Regelmässige Mitarbeiterschulungen zur Beseitigung von Fehlerquellen und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit.
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Laborplanung und Mitentwicklung von Verbesserungsprozessen. Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Hochschulabschluss (FH/BSc/ MSc) oder mehrjährige Laborerfahrung.
- GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil, ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit LIMS wünschenswert.
- Ein Hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation.
- Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem jungen, motivierten Team.
