The Domus Foundation, a Valaisan institution for psychosocial rehabilitation, accompanies adults facing major mental disorders. We offer you

• ensure daily nursing care for persons accompanied as a whole, at the preventive, curative, medico-educational and palliative level, where appropriate;
• managing all medical consultations and continuity of care;
• provide support to beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily activities with a view to psychosocial rehabilitation based on self-determination;
• accompanying residents in their individual projects and objectives;
• developing a privileged relationship with the network of accompanied persons;
• collaborate in interprofessionality with social workers, ESAs, ASSCs, day centres and workshops.

Your profile

• you benefit from a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent title, CAS as psychiatrist an asset;
• you have at least 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) software is an asset;
• With a sense of organisation, management of priorities, you like to work as a team but also independently, you appreciate versatility;
• you master the usual computer tools (MS Office);
• you have a private vehicle.
