- Train and coach users on systems and applications. Profile:
- Computer science or media literacy or training deemed equivalent;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or Callcenter; Knowledge of Microsoft solutions;
- Knowledge of ITIL, Atlassian Confluence, Service-Now a plus; Good communication and listening capacity;
- Capable of working in a highly dynamic environment; Strong and strong collaboration;
- German mother tongue with very good knowledge of French and English.
