- You proactively identify risks, dependencies and optimization potentials along the end-to-end processes (hire-to-retire, procurement-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.)
- You work closely with HR, Finance and Corporate Functions and translate professional requirements into sustainable IT solutions
- You control internal and external partners (e.g. implementation partners, SaaS providers)
- You will establish and develop agile project and delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
- Ensure high data quality, integration stability and user experience across system boundaries
