Role overview

In the role of IT Infrastructure Project Manager (f/m/d), you are the interface between logistics and our agile IT teams and ensure that our infrastructure keeps pace with growth.You work project-related in Zurich and/or Wohlen and travel to logistics locations such as Neuchâtel (Germany) if necessary to ensure the exchange with teams and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• You take over the IT project management at the interface between logistics / facility management and IT infrastructure and manage complex projects that are crucial for our further growth
• You ask the project managers from logistics the right questions, sharpen the requirements for the IT infrastructure in larger logistics projects and coordinate them with the product owners of the IT infrastructure teams in product development.
• You bridge the methodological differences between the logistics/facility management projects working according to the waterfall methodology and our agile product development teams working according to Scrum
• You plan, control and ensure the successful implementation of complex IT projects on time and budget
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and maintain a close exchange with stakeholders of different IT maturity and cultural origins
• You identify risks early on and proactively develop countermeasures

Requirements

• 3-5: IT Infrastructure Project Manager
• Higher technical training (ETH/UNI/FH) is desired, but with many years of relevant professional experience no need
• Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally related to IT infrastructure and/or logistics
• In-depth knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
• Understanding IT infrastructures, networks, logistics hardware and system engineering
• Experience in interface management between business and IT
• Strong analytical skills and a quick comprehension
• You communicate technical issues in accordance with target groups, convince at various levels and bring a good sense for cooperation with various stakeholder groups
• Very good communication skills in German and English (French advantageous)
• The willingness to question “as it has always been done” and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions.
• Have the courage to try things without planning them down to the smallest detail
• The ability to adapt to continuous changes in the working environment
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• German (of advantage)
