Role overview
The Damiani Group, among the leading international players in the high-end jewellery industry, is looking for an IT Business Intelligence Specialist that works as a bridge between business and technology.
The resource will become part of the IT team and will work closely with the function manager, senior colleagues and external consultants, contributing to the development and maintenance of reporting solutions and data analysis based on Microsoft technologies.
The role is ideal for a motivated person to grow professionally in the business intelligence and data analytics world.

- Support the collection and analysis of information requirements along with business stakeholders

- Translate business needs into dashboards and Business Intelligence reports Design, develop and maintain BI solutions
- Design and optimize data models ensuring quality, performance and scalability
- Integrate data from heterogeneous sources (database, ERP, CRM, files, API)
- Define KPI and metrics to support decision-making
Application process
- best practices of data governance, security and performance
- Support final user testing, release and training steps Technical skills
- Knowledge of BI platforms preference Microsoft Power BI Good experience in data modeling
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational database
- Experience in ETL processes and data preparation
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (SQL Server, Azure Data Services) considered a plus Training
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Related (or equivalent experience) Languages
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
