Responsibility & Qualifications

Give life to the messages that move the factory! As part of the deployment of NOS Silver, we want to strengthen the impact of our communication with production teams. Our challenge? Transform sometimes complex information into simple, engaging and easy to understand visual content in the field. If you like to tell stories in images, design visuals that capture attention and make communication more effective, this internship is for you.

Your responsibilities

• Create attractive and powerful visual media for operational teams.
• Transform strategic messages into simple, clear and easy to understand content.
• Design posters, infographics, illustrations, presentations and other internal communication materials.
• Develop visual models and standards to ensure consistent graphic identity across the site.
• Rethink Mission & Vision content in dynamic visual formats with minimal text.
• To highlight the successes, field initiatives and good practices of the teams.
• Simplify communication around projects, objectives, results and gains.
• Participate in communication campaigns to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the collaborative experience through more impacting communication.

How to convince us

• You are a student in marketing, communication, graphic design or in an equivalent field (HES, university or specialized school).
• You have excellent visual sensitivity, are creative and can transform complex messages into simple, clear and impacting media.
• You master visual creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• You have a good understanding of the principles of visual communication, layout, branding and graphic identity.
• You are able to adapt your communication to different audiences, including an industrial environment and an operator audience.
• You are recognized for your sense of detail, rigour and ability to ensure the consistency of communication media.
• French or German mother tongue, with good command of the other language.

Location Profile

Novelis的 Sierre is located in the Valais Switzerland employing around 550 people. It mainly focuses on production of aluminium sheet for the automotive market covering the entire process from casting to finishing. The plant also hosts a world-leaving Research & Innovation Center specialized in the development of new automotive sheet alloys surface treatment and joining technologies. In February 2022 together with research institutions and a local energy provider Novelis founded the Net Zero Lab Valais to develop carbon-neutral solutions for aluminum manufacturing. The lab focuses on identifying and implementing innovative solutions to neutralize the carbon footprint of Novelis The Sierre plant supports its community through direct sponsorship of many annual events promoting education sports and culture.
