Entry into office: to be agreed Activity rate: 80% - 100% The Clinics of the Suva in Sion and Bellikon accompany people after an accident or illness on the way back to daily life, work and more autonomy. Our ICT directly contributes to this: stable systems, secure data, reliable communication and digital solutions that support medical, healthcare, therapeutic and administrative teams in their daily work. We are evolving our ICT: from historically site-built environments to a common, modern and hybrid ICT for the Suva Clinics. At the centre of this evolution: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identities, modern platforms, secure access and stable operation. We are looking for: an experienced technical personality, very comfortable in the Microsoft environment, and motivated to actively contribute to this transformation. What it is You work on the Sion site and are part of an ICT organization active on both sites. Your area of expertise is around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server and hybrid platforms. You are helping to exploit our current environment in a stable way, to change it and to gradually standardize it. To do this, you work closely with Sion and Bellikon teams as well as our external partners. Your missions

• You operate and upgrade our Microsoft and infrastructure platforms, especially Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Windows Server.
• You contribute to the development of hybrid identities, secure access and modern operating processes.
• You participate in virtualization, backup, restoration, monitoring and operating documentation.
• You help harmonize ICT infrastructure between Sion and Bellikon and set common standards.
• You automate recurring tasks and make operation more robust, transparent and efficient.
• You analyze incidents in a structured way, identify causes and implement durable solutions.
• You are involved in projects such as the modernization of communication, access, platforms and clinical systems.
• You intervene in support 2nd and 3rd level and participate in the picket service within the team.
• You can situate network and security topics in operation and dealings with internal specialists and external partners. What you bring
• You are an experienced ICT Engineer with very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Windows Server.
• You have experience with hybrid environments and you understand the interaction between cloud, local systems, identities, access rights and secure access.
• You can independently analyze complex technical problems, identify their causes and put in place solid solutions.
• You work in a structured way, you clearly document and you ensure that knowledge remains available within the team.
• You have the ambition not only to exploit existing solutions, but to improve them, standardize them and make them more stable in the long term.
• You understand the main network topics and security in the operation, for example VPN, firewalling, segmentation, Aruba or Palo Alto. You don't need to be a specialist.
• You speak French very well. German or English is an advantage for collaboration between the two sites.
• Your seniority is based on strong IT training, relevant practical experience and the ability to develop demanding ICT environments safely. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
