Nurses between 80 and 100% for the geriatric pole of the St-Amé Clinic in St-Maurice

The Geriatric Centre of Valais Romand has several institutions specializing in the care of the elderly. It offers continuity of care tailored to the specific needs of patients by ensuring quality medical, nursing, medical, therapeutic, social and human support.

In St-Amé, you will evolve in a dynamic clinical environment, at the heart of global and interprofessional management, focusing on complex clinical situations.

• Ensure patient care within the service, in line with the HVS strategy and the Professional Practice Model.
• Actively contribute to people-centred care, taking into account their circumstances, resources, needs and health projects.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the service as well as the quality and safety of the care, promoting the involvement of the patient and his or her relatives in the care path.
• Promote interprofessional collaboration and networking to ensure continuity and coordination of care.

Profile

• Diploma in nursing HES or equivalent (validation Swiss Red Cross compulsory)
• Practical experience in a desired acute somatic care service. Geriatric experience, an asset
• Interest in clinical complexity and interdisciplinary work
• Ability to promote and develop quality care
• Relationship qualities, meaning of listening and communication
• Mastery of IT tools and general office automation
• Dynamism, great flexibility and openness
