You provide, independently and/or on medical delegation, personalized and comprehensive nursing care within the framework of a rehabilitation unit. You ensure accurate and rigorous transmission of information between multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of quality of care. You collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new caregivers and students. You support the teams in place with great adaptability, flexibility and availability. You contribute to continuous improvement projects by showing your openness to change.
